1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of paid consultation services booked through our platform. This policy applies to all users, including students and business owners.

2. Booking Confirmation

A consultation booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment processing. Once the payment is confirmed, the selected time slot is exclusively reserved for you, and the consultant's time is dedicated to your session.

3. Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are allowed once a booking is confirmed.

Due to the high demand and dedicated time of our consultants, all bookings are final.

4. Refund Policy

Please note our strict refund policy:

  • Non-Refundable: All consultation payments are non-refundable.
  • Booking Finality: Once a slot is booked and paid for, it cannot be refunded or credited.
  • Service Failure: A full refund will ONLY be issued if the session is not conducted due to technical issues or unavailability on our side.

5. Missed Sessions

If a user fails to attend the session at the scheduled time (no-show), no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided. It is the user's responsibility to join the session on time via the provided link or platform.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is generally not allowed. However, in extraordinary circumstances (medical emergencies or documented technical failures), a rescheduling request may be considered if made at least 24 hours in advance. Approval is at the sole discretion of the platform.
